My approach involves using systemic coaching techniques to help you reach your goals swiftly, leveraging your strengths and the best version of yourself. Success for me is when you reach your goal as fast as possible. 

I incorporate elements of hypno-coaching, energetic psychology, embodiment, and metaphorical strategies to tackle challenges that your mind alone might not have resolved. However, if you prefer a more conventional approach, we can stick to cognitive techniques.

 

My sessions typically run for 75 minutes, and I offer both remote and in-person sessions, either at my location or yours, depending on what suits you best. For private clients, a session is priced at 150 Euros, and for corporate clients, the rate is 230 Euros.
