About Me.

Getting the best out of people. That's what drives me from the bottom of my heart. My journey has included completing 14 seminars, where I immersed myself in the art of systemic business and personal coaching. I've learned how to harness the unique resources that each person brings to the table to guide them toward becoming their best selves. I've acquired proficiency in classical coaching techniques and have honed my skills in approaches such as hypno-coaching, energetic psychology, embodiment, and metaphoric strategies to address challenges that the mind might grapple with.

I hold a certification from the Coaching Academy Berlin as systemic Business and Personal Coach and got certified by the European Coaching Association. For me, guiding people along their path to becoming the best version of themselves is far more than just a profession; it's my unwavering passion. 

A job offer that went straight to my heart: leading the Marketing Department at Amorelie. Surrounded by passionate individuals driven by a genuine mission, fueled by creativity, and united by a profound cause. You can't build a love brand without that. From there, I transitioned to the role of leading the Marketing Department at Taxfix, where we collectively achieved Unicorn status.

Curiosity about leveraging extensive data to drive improvement led me to Amazon. I assumed the leadership of a Growth Intelligence team responsible for the audiobook business across the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia. This role afforded me a unique insight into the inner workings of a tech giant, the demands of constant travel, and a transformative turning point in my career. It was during a feedback session that I received an invaluable piece of advice, which steered me toward my path in coaching. That advice was simple yet profound: I should embrace and be unapologetic about my ability to build exceptional teams.

I found myself in need of a dress for my graduation party, but traditional offline shopping didn't quite appeal to me. In a nutshell, one click led to one dress, and two months later, I unexpectedly found myself in Berlin, embarking on a journey with a small but promising company called Zalando. Their innovative spirit and vision ignited my excitement. 

My path at Zalando was a story of growth and learning. I traversed roles in marketing, analytics, and business controlling, each focused on various countries and entities within the company.

I found myself at a crossroads, unsure of whether my path led to architecture, psychology, or to the rainforest. Ultimately, I decided to pursue Business Administration in a double degree program, splitting my studies between Nuremberg and Strasbourg. It was during this time that I discovered my capacity to become genuinely excited about a wide range of subjects.

My professional journey has been diverse, with stints at Siemens, GfK, BMW, and the European Parliament. Along the way, I came to realize that my true passion lay in finding inspiration and working with like-minded individuals, rather than chasing after status.
